Application of water-source heat pump air conditioning system to thermal power plants

In view of the characteristics of waste heat from cooling water of condensing turbines, a thermal power plant applies the water-source heat pump units. Presents the water supply scheme and equipment configuration in detail, and compares the initial investment and operation costs with those of conventional air conditioning system, and the results show that the water-source heat pump air conditioning system can save both initial investment and operation costs in this project. Testing result shows that the desired heating and cooling effect can be achieved.
